Do not power off, wipe, or delete anything. Powering off can destroy evidence, and with ransomware it can destroy keys held in memory.
Disconnect from the network, but leave the device on. Unplug the network cable or turn off Wi-Fi. This stops the spread while preserving evidence.
Do not pay or reply to the attacker, and do not move money on their say-so. If money already moved, call your bank's fraud line now and ask them to recall it.
