We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

• All pricing displayed on the website is based on the average cost of similar projects and may vary depending on the specific requirements and scope of the project.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated (if any).
• No payments are collected through the website. Clients are only required to make payments after receiving the exact project cost and signing a formal agreement or contract.
• Services may require deposits or full upfront payment depending on the project.
• Ongoing services may be billed monthly or annually as agreed.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

For most services, a separate agreement may be provided outlining scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment structure. In the event of conflict, the signed agreement will take precedence over these Terms.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project.
• For web development and related services, grant all necessary credentials, access, and permissions (e.g., hosting, domain, CMS, third-party tools) required to complete the work.
• Clearly communicate their requirements, expectations, and design preferences when requesting services.
• Review and approve deliverables, feedback, and revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
• Make payments as outlined in the agreed contract or invoice.

Revisions Policy. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, projects include a reasonable number of revisions based on the scope of work. Additional revisions beyond this limit, or changes that significantly alter the original scope, may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments. Cyberbadger is not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from incomplete information, unclear instructions, excessive revision requests, or failure to provide required access or approvals.

All content on this website (text, branding, logos, designs) is the property of Cyberbadger unless otherwise stated. For web development, networking and security camera projects:

• Ownership of final deliverables is transferred only after full payment.
• Cyberbadger may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

While we implement best practices and industry-standard security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Cyberbadger does not guarantee prevention of all cyberattacks, complete elimination of vulnerabilities, or uninterrupted, error-free systems. Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity risk can be reduced but not fully eliminated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberbadger shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages; loss of data, revenue, or business; security breaches beyond reasonable control; or service interruptions caused by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting providers, VoIP platforms). We are not responsible for the performance or failures of third-party services, or changes in their pricing or policies.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if Terms are violated, payments are not made, or services are misused. Clients may terminate services based on the terms outlined in their service agreement.

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and use as described there.
