My host says the site is clean. Why is there still spam?
Many host cleanups remove infected files but not content added to the database, like spam posts and hidden links. We clean both.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most hacked sites can be cleaned and secured. If yours is too old to secure, we'll say so plainly.
Can you get my logins back?
Usually, yes, through your host once they confirm you own the account.
Will it happen again?
We close the hole they used and harden the site, which makes a repeat much less likely. Keeping WordPress and its plugins updated matters most after that.
How do I share passwords with you?
Never by email. We'll set up a safe way to share access, and you change the passwords again once we're done.
What if it comes back?
If the same site is hacked again within 30 days of our cleanup, we clean it again at no charge.
